Policies & Notices

We take walk-ins and appointments 7 days a week, and you can schedule ahead online! We still take walk-ins even if you see that appointment slots are full.
During the summer months, we strongly advise that you wait to swim until you're fully healed. Healing times vary, and your piercer will provide you with the information for your specific piercing (expect a minimum of 2 to 3 months).

This is more about customer service and just being good human beings than anything else. My daughter is 9 and wanted to get her ears pierced, but she's a fairly anxious child. Dylan was very kind and patient and didn't try to force anything. She ultimately decided not to get pierced. They were very nice.
