Check ups & Downsizing
We'll typically want to see you back about 4-6 weeks after your piercing. At this time, we can shorten studs, as needed, as the initial swelling starts to go down. Don't hesitate to call or visit us if you're having problems anytime throughout the healing process.

Walk-ins & Appointments
Appointments are seen before walk-ins. Walk-ins are seen as time between appointments allows. Please contact the studio for info on availability and approximate wait-times.
Aftercare & Healing
To help your piercing heal smoothly, we recommend that you: use Neilmed saline solution as instructed by your piercer, avoid touching or messing with your piercing, and do not go swimming until your piercing is fully healed.

Yes! We welcome both walk-ins and scheduled appointments throughout the week. Walk-ins are accommodated as our schedule allows, while guests with appointments are served first. If you have a specific time in mind, booking ahead is your best bet.
We generally recommend visiting us again about 4–6 weeks after your piercing. During this checkup, a piercer can evaluate your healing progress and determine whether your jewelry needs to be shortened as swelling goes down.
Yes, we offer children’s earlobe piercings by appointment for ages 4–12. Because not every piercer performs piercings for younger children, please call or text our Uptown Phoenix studio at 602-942-8810 before booking to confirm availability.
