Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business and body jewelry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry, no exceptions. Please make sure that the piece is the one you want, and that you order the correct size. If you are unsure of the size you need, our studios can help on a walk-in or appointment basis 7 days a week.

We guarantee all of our jewelry for manufacturer’s defects and we will replace any items if defects occur. To make an exchange, please contact us within 14 days. In these situations, we can offer store credit or exchanges only; we do not offer refunds or cash back.

In the extremely rare situation that an item sells out and we are unable to fulfill the order, we will contact you to choose a different item or issue a refund.

We cannot refund shipping costs once an order has been fulfilled. If you exchanging an item for less than the price of the original piece of jewelry, we will issue a credit for the difference. You are responsible for the cost of sending your jewelry back.

Sale items, grab bags, mystery items, or any other clearance item we offer is considered a final sale and is not eligible for an exchange.

Jewelry, especially gold or handmade jewelry, is fragile. Use caution when opening or closing clasps, and avoid bending around the gem setting and any beadwork to prevent damaging them. Do not using any tools such as pliers or tweezers on your jewelry, it will damage or break it. Please contact your studio directly to inquire about jewelry repairs.
