We want you to find body jewelry that you love, is comfortable, and fits well. In our effort to help you achieve those goals, we provide product descriptions, measurements, and photos. Please review product listings thoroughly before you buy and feel free to contact us with any product related questions. 

If you are unsure of the size you need, our wonderful piercers are happy to assist you. Find your nearest BSE location here. If you aren’t near one of our studios, visit a trusted piercer for sizing. Your local studio can be found at safepiercing.org.

Because body jewelry has the potential to come into contact with bodily fluids, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products purchased. This is for the health, safety, and hygiene of our customers as well as our employees. Once body jewelry has been worn in a piercing, it is not returnable and not resellable. Once these items leave our office, they are considered worn, and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Many of our jewelry vendors guarantee their pieces against manufacturing defects. We ask that you check all products upon receiving them and confirm that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, visit your local BSE location or email us at GetSparkly@BestStudioEver.com for assistance.

Manufacturer Defects include (under normal wear): stone(s) falling out, loosening hinges on rings, and pin breaks at the soldered point. Manufacturer’s Guarantee does not cover: jewelry with tool marks, squashed/smashed pieces, discoloration of stones due to time or debris buildup.

We cannot refund shipping costs once an order has been fulfilled. You are responsible for the cost of sending jewelry back. Sale items, grab bags, mystery items, or any other clearance is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
