Shipping & Returns

We ship in-house directly from our headquarters in Eugene. Shipping times will vary depending on local carriers, and the time of the year. We can't guarantee shipping times, but we're working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of our business and body jewelry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry, no exceptions. Please make sure that the piece is the one you want, and that you order the correct size. If you are unsure of the size you need, our studios can help on a walk-in or appointment basis 7 days a week.

We guarantee all of our jewelry for manufacturer’s defects and we will replace any items if defects occur. To make an exchange, please contact us within 14 days. In these situations, we can offer store credit or exchanges only; we do not offer refunds or cash back.
