Only The Highest Quality Jewelry
All of the jewelry we offer conforms to the highest industry standards and is constructed for long term wear. At each of our studios you will find jewelry from the best manufacturers in the world. We are committed to performing all of our piercings with jewelry that is made from implant grade materials, appropriate in size and style, sterilized and inserted by a professional.
You may encounter lower quality and less expensive jewelry in other settings, it is important to know that piercings often have intense reactions to poor quality metals. It is easy to embed or irritate piercings by choosing jewelry that is inappropriately sized, poorly designed, improperly cleaned, or non-sterile. Sometimes these problems can cause permanent scarring or require a piercing (even a healed one) to be completely removed.
Our Guarantee
All of our jewelry is guaranteed against all manufacturer defects. If anything not caused by normal wear and tear happens to your jewelry we will replace or repair it at no additional cost to you.
Caring For Your Jewelry
Steel, Titanium, and Niobium
Metals such as steel, titanium, and niobium can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. If your jewelry is threaded it is important to check the tightness of your jewelry every few days, as it can come loose over time. It is also important to check that the gem is staying tight in the setting. If your gem ever feels loose in the setting, please bring it into one of our studios so we can correct the issue.
Organic Jewelry
Organic jewelry such as wood, bone, and horn should be kept dry. Do not clean your jewelry with water or get it wet as it can cause it to warp or crack. Clean your organic jewelry by applying a light coat of non-food based oil such as pure vitamin E oil or Jojoba oil. Allow the oil to soak in for a moment before wiping off any excess with a clean soft cloth.
Silicone Jewelry
Wash you silicone jewelry with soap and warm water prior to insertion. Oil both your jewelry and your piercing before inserting. Silicone should only be used in healed piercings and is not safe for stretching.
