• For minors under 13 years old please call the studio directly for availability and booking.
• Many piercings are anatomy specific, and cannot be performed on every person. There is always a possibility we can’t perform the service you have booked.
• To book multiple piercings, please select the "Book more than 1 piercing" option from the top of the services menu.
• We book up to 30 days in advance and require 2 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• We welcome walk-ins on a first come first served basis.
• Even if appointment booking is full, we will still be taking walk-ins.
• To guarantee your spot and avoid a wait, we encourage you to schedule an appointment.
• We require valid ID for your piercing appointment. For more info and specifics, please see Identification Policies on our FAQ page.

Styling Appointments:

• Styling is a luxury service HTC Phoenix is proud to provide. Our piercers take great care in putting together beautiful, custom jewelry outfits as unique as our clients.
• When booking a styling appointment, remember you must also purchase jewelry for a minimum of three piercings. You may get up to three new piercings in a styling appointment, but the more existing piercings you have the more styling we can do!
• The price of styling itself is $50, plus the cost of jewelry and services. Expect to spend a minimum of $500.
